Responsibilities

Prepare lesson plans in line with the curriculum and school policies.

Deliver engaging, student-centered lessons that meet learners’ needs.

Integrate a variety of teaching methods and resources, including technology.

Classroom Management

Create a safe, respectful, and positive learning environment.

Manage student behavior effectively to support learning.

Encourage participation, collaboration, and independent thinking.

Assessment & Reporting

Assess students’ progress using a range of methods.

Provide regular feedback to students and parents.

Maintain accurate records of student performance.

Professional Duties

Attend staff meetings, training, and professional development sessions.

Required Skills/Characteristics

Bachelor’s degree in Education or relevant subject area (Master’s preferred).

Teaching qualification (PGCE, B.Ed., or equivalent).
